During your first visit, you will meet with our Doctor of Physical Therapy who will do a review of your medical history, evaluate your injury, and have a conversation about your goals for physical therapy. Your Doctor of Physical Therapy will then decide the specific treatment for your specific condition and answer any questions you have. We’ll put together a plan to meet your goals and get you back to your life as quickly as possible.
As dress code, if your injury involves the knee or lower extremity, please wear shorts. If your injury involves the neck or shoulder, please wear a tank top or sleeveless shirt for easier movement.
The initial evaluation will last 60 to 90 minutes. Please complete your forms ahead of time so the Doctor of Physical Therapy can just focus on you. Follow-up appointments are 45 to 60 minutes based on your treatment plan.

Zona Physical Therapy is open Monday through Friday. We are flexible with appointments times and try our best to meet your preferred appointment times. General business hours are 7am to 6pm.
